T-Mobile has just announced the launch of the Sidekick 3 messaging device, which the operator hopes will follow last year’s Sidekick II into the handbags of celebs everywhere (where it nestles under their yappy dogs). The device works with T-Mobile’s web’n'walk service for unlimited internet access, and offers voice calling, email and instant messaging all in a user-friendly interface. It’s also got a full QWERTY keypad and a large colour screen, and for the first time a built-in MP3 player and 1.3-megapixel camera. The device goes on sale from T-Mobile next month.
