BuddyCheck: slightly sinister IM-related mobile app

buddycheck.jpgThis one’s a bit strange. BuddyCheck is a Java app that costs a quid, and claims to let you ‘detect if someone has blocked you in his/her friend list in Yahoo, ICQ and Skype’ and then track if they’re online or not.

Who would buy this apart from stalkers? And what would you do with the information once you’d found out someone had blocked you? Our advice is to move on, let it go. And please stop waving that knife around…
