Young brits choose mobiles over nookie

22202922.jpgA recent Carphone Warehouse survey has revealed that young brits would rather give up sex than their trusty mobile phones.

Most respondents aged between 16 and 24 would rather give up alcohol, chocolate, sex, tea, or coffee than live without their mobile phone for a month.

Quick! Crank up the Marvin Gaye and order a skip full of oysters, strawberries, champagne and soft furnishings because if we are not careful, mobile phones will soon be handed the media spotlight usually reserved for binge drinking and casual sex.

Interestingly nearly half of people above the age of 45 stated that they would sooner give up their mobile phone than their favourite hot drink. We’re confused; does this mean people over the age of 45 have more sex than people under the age of 24?
