If you fancy doing your bit to raise awareness for Amnesty International and you like throwing parties then it might be an idea to pay the Protect the Human moblog a visit.
For those of you that don’t know, a moblog is a blog that is written and maintained on a mobile phone. Due to the slightly fiddly nature of doing this (though moblog’s widgets certainly make things a damn sight simpler) moblogs tend to be more visual than textual which is exactly what the folks at Amnesty International want from the public for their Protect the Human campaign.
It’s quite simple; you throw a party in the name of raising awareness for Amnesty International’s cause, and then post the photos of your shindig on the Protect the Humans moblog. It couldn’t be easier and all the details about how to get involved can be found here.
If there is a better excuse to throw a party, we can’t think of one. It’s all for a good cause innit.
