Gear4 unveils iPhone case with movie stand

With the iPhone hitting these shores very soon Gear4, a specialist retailer of iPod accessories, has announced a protective casing for iPhones with some nifty little features.

Thee iVak is shock-resistant and has a built-in screen protector, but also comes with touch sensitivity so you can still use your iPhone in its case, as well as access all the connection ports.

There’s even a fold-out movie stand on the back, so you can put your iPhone on your desk or the pub table and view video clips without having to hold the iPhone in your hand.

Unfortunately no pricing details or release date have been confirmed yet, but expect Gear4 to start selling it soon after the iPhone’s UK release in a few weeks.
