Fancy pants limited edition Sony Ericsson skins available at Sony’s Canvas show

sony01.jpgAs far as we are concerned Sony Ericsson doesn’t do such a bad job of making its phones look nice, especially considering how fugly some of the competition is (here’s looking at you Palm).

Even so, Sony has decided that its Sony Ericsson mobile handsets (and Vaio laptops and other cool gadgets) need to look a bit prettier and has commissioned three of Japan’s up and coming graphic artists to splash a bit of pizzazz on them.

The artists in question are Hajime Yoshio, ZanPon and Ryuji Otani each of which will be exhibiting their wares at Sony’s Canvas show at its Ginza headquarters until November 4th. The customised skins are for the Sony Ericsson 704i and if you are in the area you can pick one up for a paltry $15. Hurry though, there are only 50 of them up for grabs .
