With Halloween fast approaching, mobile companies are starting to see the potential of this scariest of occasions. From now, Cellufun users can virtually trick of treat with friends from their mobile phone – and you don’t have to trawl dark, cold, wet streets with a bunch of kids in tow to do it.
Cellufun is hosting its first Halloween celebration via special ‘Hellofun’ (Get it?) mobile community. Users can decorate their homepages and add costumes to their avatars. Users can also visit each other’s profiles and give each other virtual ‘tricks’ or ‘treats’.
The Hellofun content is already up and running, and at midnight on October 31, prizes will be awarded to the most active profiles, and those who give out and accumulate the most tricks and treats. More details can be found here.
