As reveals go, this one is pretty skimpy in the details department but at least The Unofficial Sony Ericsson Blog has unearthed a few photos to chew over (which can all be seen after the jump).
Codenamed Bei Bei (what is it with Sony Ericsson and daft codenames?), all that is known about the device thus far is that it is a touchscreen Walkman phone with Wi-Fi, an MP3 player (duh) and the flashy new UIQ 3.3. From the pictures it is hard to tell if it is a full touchscreen device or if the Bei Bei has a bottom half making it a clam or a slider.
The screen looks too small for it to be a full touchscreen handset – maybe the person holding the device in the photos just has really big hands. The device does look a bit plasticky too, but seeing as this is a very early leak of the device, there is every chance the shell could change to something a little classier before it is officially announced. As soon as it is, we’ll let you know.
