Motorola’s Kodak branded handset gets official

motozinezn51.jpgMotorola’s 2008 lineup has not been a very well kept secret, least of all the Kodak branded snapper that’s cropped up in various leaks over the last few months. Now however, we have an announcement and details for said camera phone, officially known as the MOTOZINE ZN5.

The big feature is the 5 megapixel camera complete with Kodak imaging technology, KODAK EASYSHARE Software and the KODAK Gallery service (which is basically an online photo sharing function). The camera also includes Xenon flash and multiple capture modes, like multi-shot and the clever panorama function, which automatically stitches together continuous shots taken on the horizon line into a single photo.

The phone itself is a GSM candybar with built in WiFi, 4GB of optional external memory and Bluetooth for wireless printing with compatible Kodak printers. No details about pricing or availability have been let loose yet but for the first time in an age for a Motorola handset, we are quite interested to find out. As soon as we find out, we’ll let you know. In the meantime, check out some more photos of the ZN5 after the jump.
