The not so mysterious Nokia Tube handset has been photographed in the wild again, and despite many of the shots displaying a device that looks like it has been pawed by someone who has just eaten a deep fried Mars Bar with their bare hands, the shots are numerous and do show off quite a bit about the handset.
According to The Boy Genius Report, the specs for the Nokia Tube (or 5800 XpressMusic if you want to be all pedantic) have been updated since last they were leaked too. The current iteration of the unit is said to be 111 × 52 × 14.5 mm, weighing only 104 grams. It supposedly has a 16 million color TFT LCD with 640 × 360 pixel resolution and a 16:9 display mode. Apparently it also features haptic feedback (take that iPhone), a 3.2 megapixel camera (and again), built-in GPS, HSDPA and WiFi.
Assuming those specs are the real deal, they are not half bad for a mid ranged handset. Let’s hope the Tube gets some half decent onboard storage too before it’s released (which isn’t too much to hope for considering it is supposed to be a member of the XpressMusic range). More pics after the jump.
