Having realised, perhaps, that not all N-Series mobile owners are into distance running and therefore won’t be getting much out of the otherwise-excellent Sports Tracker app Nokia has pulled off the dustsheet to reveal Nokia LifeviNe.
Ok, it’s a silly intercapitalised name but LifviNe is quite a capable-looking Geoptagging app. You can associate different media files (music, video clips and pictures) with different locations, and plot both them and your movements on a map.
LifeviNe can automatically upload your pics and video whenever you are in wifi range – providing you phone can handle it, naturally – and all your data can be displayed via a Facebook or Web 2.0 widget.
The app is still in alpha at the moment, but Nokia should have somethiing downloadable via the Beta Labs in the next few weeks.
