We have already heard that the HTC Dream (also known as the first Android phone) will launch on T-Mobile in the US and that it will be before the end of the year. What we hadn’t heard before today however, is that apparently the device will be coming to the UK, also on T-Mobile and as soon as November.
At least that’s the story according to the Telegraph, which is boldly reporting as much today. Both Google and HTC have been bullish in sticking to their guns for a 2008 Android phone launch, but it is a bit of a surprise that the UK will enjoy a (presumably) simultaneous release of the HTC Dream alongside the US.
We know what we are going to be asking Santa for this year (providing he is willing to deliver the goods a month early, there’s just no way, we’ll be able to wait).
