Good news if you’re a heavy user of Facebook’s iPhone application. The social network has launched a major update on the App Store, bringing the app up to version 2.0.
What’s new? Good question. You now get a LOT more of the Facebook website’s features, including notifications, full news feeds and comments, people search, friend requests, photo tagging and captioning, your full mini-feed and inbox, and the ability to search that inbox.
Oh, and apparently the app is “faster and more stable” too, particularly if you’ve got hundreds of friends. As with the previous version, it’s completely free, so there’s no excuse not to go and grab it now.
