Motorola’s RAZR has been one of the mobile phone phenomena of the last couple of years, so it’s no surprise rival firms are keen to make copies competing devices. The latest rumour is that Sony Ericsson is preparing to unveil its own super-slim mobile, which is apparently codenamed ‘Ai’ after Japanese tennis player Ai Sugiyama.
The handset is said to be just 9.4mm thick, and part of Sony Ericsson’s Walkman range of music phones. Will Nokia follow suit with a Nokia Navratilova? It’s just too early to tell…
