UK-based tech company Quantum Research is reportedly considering suing Apple for patent infringement in regard to the iPhone’s touch-screen interface. QR reportedly invented what it calls the ‘charge-transfer’ technology that is used in touch-sensitive devices. If actioned, this would become the company’s second lawsuit against Apple - the first (still on-going) being related to the iPod’s famous ‘click wheel’ interface.
