Alongside the new L’Amour phone, Nokia has announced a sister handset for its 5300 XpressMusic, the twist-design 5700. Rather more Pocket Picks‘ cup of tea than the 7088, the Symbian S60-based 5700 supports all the usual music formats, 2GB MicroSD cards, has a 3.5mm headphone jack, and also works with Windows Media Player Digital Rights management (WMDRM), so you can play DRM tracks from online stores.
The 5700 XpressMusic can also display album art for your tracks, can handle playlists, sports a 5-band equalizer, and has audio visualizations. Oh, and it has a 2MP camera to back all that up. Nicely work, Finnos.
(Check back in a couple of hours for pics…)
