Hummer makes a mobile phone; uses three batteries a day

Hummer phone

Hummer, maker of pedestrian-friendly, eco-warrior shopping runabouts, has made good on its February promise of creating an own-brand mobile phone. The HT1, developed by French company ModeLabs and expected to sell for around €300 (£200-ish), is actually quite a resonably specced handset, with a 2MP camera, 256MB on-board memory, a 2.2″ (presumably 240 x 320 pixel) screen, and support for microSD cards. No word on what OS it runs or any of that shenanigans but if we hear something we’ll let you know.
