We’re not 100% sold on the styling of Nokia’s new Series 40 offering, the 6267; in plain black as above it’s probably at its best. However, with a QVGA (240 x 320 pixel) 262,000 colour screen inside, quad-band EGSM radio, FM tuner with ‘Visual Radio’ (RDS?), and a second 128 x 160 pixel colour screen on the outside — plus dedicated media keys — it’s shaping up as a fairly nifty handset.

You also get support for new high-capacity 4GB microSD cards, a two-megapixel camera, a headphone socket, push-email with attachments, XHTML web browser, stereo Bluetooth, video calling via a second (VGA) camera, and WCDMA radio for truly worldwide calling.
Measuring 93.9 x 46.9 x 21.5mm and weighing-in at 105g, the 6267 is not a bad size. Expect to see it sometime in the autumn.

It’s a beaut. I want it.
