According to new research the user base for mobile VoIP is set to grow by 135 per cent over the next two years. The study, conducted by research firm Rhetorik, revealed that about two-fifths of the companies included in the study stated that they had plans to make use of mobile VoIP within their business soon.
This comes on the back of a similar study by Coleman Parkes who discovered that over the next two years mobile VoIP is set to become an increasingly integral part of the business world.
With pressure mounting from both the consumer market, VoIP service providers, and now from the business sector, it looks like VoIP really is set to become an inescapable part of the mobile industry’s future. Let’s hope some more carriers give in and join the party soon.
