Warelex, maker of several funky mobile apps – including the popular Mobiola Webcam software – has come up with another goodie for you. Mobiola Remote Phone Control will literally allow you to do that: remote control your phone. Use the Windows app you can access your handset and write SMS messages, browse your contacts, capture video from the phone camera, and display the phone screen on your PC. Strangely cool.
We’re not sure that Remote Phone Control has the immediate appeal of Webcam (which lets you use your phone’s camera as a PC webcam), but if you enjoy monkeying around with your mobile then this is one piece of software that could be right up your street.
The app costs $24.95 (about £12.50) and can be downloaded direct from the Warelex site. It’s not clear which handsets are supported but there’s a free trial you can check out before you buy.
