Apparently Sony’s new mobile speaker, the MBS-100, has been previously promoted on MTV, but we’re waaay too fuddy-duddy to know that. Announced officially this morning, the unit is the first Bluetooth speaker from SE, which we find quite surprising to hear.
Running Bluetooth 1.2 but with A2DP, the 1.5 watt MBS-100 must be a mono-only unit. Sony, what is this, 1950? Five hours of playing time are claimed, with another five hours to charge it back up. And it comes with its own special carry bag. Aw.
