Carphone Warehouse officially announces its Ted Baker branded phones

Ted Baker

As we revealed back in August, UK retailer Carphone Warehouse has been planning a collaboration with fashion house Ted Baker. Now the results have been revealed by CW, in the shape of the not-so-stylish items pictured above.

On the left is the Ted Baker Button, which is basically a re-branded Samsung with a two-megapixel camera, 3G, FM radio… And that incredibly twee shirt button-shaped button in the middle. On the right is the HTC touch, reborn as the Ted Baker Needle and painted a lovely shade of, er, lilac. We think: horrible, but if you like ‘em you can sign-up here.

I agree the needle looks horrible but the Button looks quite nice. The picture there doesn’t do it justice. Its a fully functionable phone with the all the capibilities of most samsung sliders witht the added bonus of the aesthetically pleasing outside.
