Good lord these handset manufacturers can sure churn out the goods. It’s not like the Samsung G800 has been out for long and already its successor, the G810, is making itself known.
Like the G800 the G810 will have a meaty 5 megapixel camera and HSDPA 3G connectivity. New additions include GPS and wifi which will certainly help to beef out the phone side of the camera focused device (not that the G800 is in any sense a lightweight).
Besides that a slight form factor revision and a minutely increased screen size seem to be the other main differences. The device is being hailed as a true Nokia N95 challenger and according to rumours is billed to make its official debut at next week’s Mobile World Congress (3GSM) event in Barcelona. We will of course be looking to glean as much news from the event as possible so look out for that next week.
