The Sony Ericsson P5i has become something of a myth, elusive, unicorn-like and as such, the subject of intense speculative tongue wagging. But now the USEB has managed to get hold of some advance details and, lo and behold, a pic of the fabled device (or the Paris as some are calling it) causing Sony Ericsson obsessives the length and breadth of the internet to overheat and faint.
According to the USEB, the phone will be announced in May, with a release planed for as early as September. Not only that but apparently the device will run UIQ 3.3, have a 5 megapixel camera, built in GPS and will run the Opera Mobile 9 browser straight out of the box.
It certainly all sounds believable, but obviously, we aren’t going to be holding our breath until Sony Ericsson quit with the cloak and dagger stuff and fess up with an official press release. Until that fateful day, feast your eyes on the pic on the right.
