More and more mobile phones support wireless Bluetooth audio nowadays, allowing you to play music on compatible speakers or headphones without taking your precious phone out of your pocket. Cool. Now Logitech has announced its latest Bluetooth speaker system, the Pure-Fi Mobile. It’s got two-inch high-excursion drivers and dual two-inch pressure drivers, apparently. Presumably that’s a good thing - the announcement says it means “articulate bass” and “smooth treble”. The device can also be used as a Bluetooth speakerphone, complete with dedicated call-answer and call-end buttons on top of the speakers. Its rechargeable batteries give you around 12 hours of playtime, and there’s a 3.5mm audio jack to let you connect an iPod or other audio source via old-fashioned wires. The Pure-Fi speakers are due on sale in June, and will cost £99.99 here in the UK.
