We have covered the Nokia Comes With Music service to death of late, what with the discovery that it is launching in Britain first, followed by our concerns about the fact that there will be no over-the-air downloads (for the first handset anyway) so we’ll keep this brief.
According to Reuters, The Car Phone Warehouse will unleash Nokia’s Comes With Music 5310 XpressMusic handset (what a mouth-full) on October 17th here in the UK.
There is still nothing concrete up on the Carphone Warehouse site as of yet, so for the time being, let’s assume that this is subject to change (though it probably won’t). That leaves you with just under a month to rustle up the necessary cash, though just how much you will need to rustle up is still unclear.
We reckon you should aim to pack that piggy bank with about £300, just to be on the safe side (though that’s our non-conservative estimate, so fingers crossed it ends up being cheaper).
