Details have emerged of Apple’s upcoming 2.2 software update for the iPhone, thanks to an early build being sent out to developers. It seems one of the key changes will be a revamped Safari browser, although judging by reports so far, it’s more of a retweaking than a full revamp.
According to iPhone Atlas, the search bar now appears next to the URL at the top of the browser. Other than that, it looks pretty much the same - although there may well be some improvements under the hood to make Safari run better.
There’s no news on whether a copy’n'paste function is in the 2.2 software update - something that’s been much requested by iPhone users. What with this being an early developer version, there’s precious little data on when us punters will get our hands on the update either.

Thatz a great news!!
