Mobile search engines are ten a penny just now given the rise of mobile internet which is why the big hitters are doing ever more to differentiate themselves from the competition. The latest to make a move is Ask.com which has just added a voice activated search option to its directions service called “Click to Speak”.
It sounds super easy to use as all you have to do is speak your current location and desired destination into your handset and Ask.com com spits out the directions - simple. The voice commands work for both driving and walking direction queries and best of all the service is free. Certainly sounds a might easier than frantically trying to type in Torphichen Street when you are already late for a job interview.
